We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.

We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the pool, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Availability may be subject to temporary closure based on the building maintenance. While we strive to keep the amenities open as much as possible, the maintenance work is essential to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests. Please note that the pool at the complex is not open during all seasons. Please inquire if you want to check exact availability

Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

There's a security camera pointing away from the door entrance and on the balcony pointed outside for safety purposes as well as noise detector inside the property..
