緑と黄色のレモンに包まれたカサマリウッチャは、独立した入り口のある素敵なアパートメントで、ヴェッティカディアマルフィの小さな村のパノラマの静かな場所にあります。 最近復元された50㎡のアパートメントには、簡易キッチン付きのリビングエリア、ダブルベッドルーム、シャワー付きのバスルームがあります。 アパートへのアクセスは、通りから約30メートルの歩行者専用車線を経由します。 このエリアは、バスの便がよく、最も有名で有名な海岸沿いの町とよくつながっています。 すぐ下には海があり、素晴らしい自然の入り江の甘さ、そして徒歩圏内にあるドゥオグリオのビーチがあります。

最初の4日間は、1人1日あたり1.50の観光税。 5日目0.75ユーロ（4月1日から11月2日までのみ支払われる）
観光税は10歳未満の子供には適用されません。

It was a great place to stay

This was our first visit to the Amalfi coast. I wasn’t familiar with the town at all. The location was about a half hour walk into town. And a bus ride back up as it was all uphill. But the property is located close to a bus stop.We did not have time to explore, but there was another town a little further on the road, which I would’ve liked to visited. It was not as far as Alfi

Beautiful Location Just outside of town

We stayed here for about 8 days and really enjoyed the property. The location is wonderful for people who want to get into town easily, but do not want the noise and traffic of being in downtown Amalfi. The closest bus stop is a four minute walk, and there is an affordable scooter rental within 2 minutes. The kitchen had all we needed in terms of cooking tools. The bathroom was very nice. The washing machine and drying racks/lines allowed us to pack lighter for this trip. It was a lovely home base for everything we wanted to do. Luca handled most of the communication and made our trip much less stressful when coordinating transportation. The pictures in the listing are nothing compared to the real life view walking out on to the porch.

Fabulous stay; incredible view from two porches

The apartment...with its stunning panoramic view of Amalfi bay, is a cizy loft studio with an upper bedroom and a pullout futon downstairs. The unit is fully stocked with everything you could need including a functional kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine for clothes, perfect bathroom with rain shower head, and AC units upstairs and down. Rachele ("Lina") is the perfect owner and host, always accessible and super helpful. She greeted us with a pitcher of home-made lemonade. But the key to the unit is the view from two levels of porch, each with table and chairs for al fresco dining and drinking. You cannot beat the view. There's a modest but adequate grocery store 300 meters to rhe left, and a bus stop at the bottom of the hill 500 meters to the right that gets you into central Amalfi in 10 minutes. No parking at the unit, but some street parking from time to time on the way down the hill. Qe highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hostess was very helpful and recommended la Bonita del Capo to us. We enjoyed it so much we took a cooking class from the Chef. Great food and wonderful service.

Perfect Amalfi vsit

This is a great place to stay overlooking the Amalfi coast. Close to everything and immaculately clean. Lina was a wonderful host and even drove us to a restaurant the first night. We would go back for sure.

Toller Aufenthalt an der Amalfiküste

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang in einem kleinen Dorf kurz westlich von Amalfi. Das besondere an der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht auf das Meer in Richtung Salerno. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön. Ein Strand ist in 15 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert.

5 Sterne und 100% Weiterempfehlung! Sensationelle Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung von Rachele und können sie zu 100% empfehlen! Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern, die grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und die Amalfitana sind atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das separate Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock wunderschön. Im Objekt befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Es gibt nur zwei wirklich minimale Dinge, die erwähnenswert sind: Die Duschkabine ist sehr beengt und würde Menschen mit korpulenter Figur sicherlich Probleme bereiten. Die wunderschöne Terrasse ist zu etwa 1/3 überdacht, aber Richtung Südosten komplett offen, d.h. am Vormittag, beim Frühstück, ist man der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt. Wir haben einfach größere Handtücher über die vordersten Balken gehängt und gut war's. Sonstige Infos: Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug nach Neapel geflogen und haben uns einen Mietwagen genommen. Der PKW-Stellplatz zum Objekt ist Gold wert und nur über ein elektrisches Tor zugänglich. Unseren Mietwagen haben wir während des Aufenthalts aber nur 2x genutzt, einmal sind wir ins Oberland nach Pianillo gefahren, um auf dem Sentiero Degli Dei zu wandern, das andere Mal sind wir nach Pompeij gefahren. Ansonsten lässt man aufgrund des Mangels an ohnehin überteuerten Parkplätzen und der abenteuerlichen Verkehrssituation das Auto stehen und fährt mit dem Bus. Die Lage des Objekts in unmittelbarer Nähe der Haltestellen von zwei verschiedenen SITA-Buslinien nach Amalfi ist genial! Die Linie 5080 von San Lazarro nach Amalfi führt quasi direkt an der Ferienwohnung vorbei, eine Haltestelle ist gleich schräg gegenüber. Will man ab hier mit der 5080 fahren, so sind diese Busse aber meist schon voll, egal in welche Richtung. Diese Linie lohnt höchstens für den Rückweg ab Amalfi. Ein Geheimtipp ist die Linie 5120 Pogerola-Amalfi, die Haltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Meter weiter in einer Spitzkehre und nennt sich "Bivio Vettica". Hier kommen die Busse aus dem höhergelegenen Pogerola und haben immer freie Kapazitäten, auch auf dem Rückweg. Und wer nach Positano oder Sorrento will, geht die Treppen zur Amalfitana hinunter und fährt ab der Haltestelle "Vettica Inferiore" mit der Linie 5070. Alles was man benötigt (auch die Bus-Tickets!!), gibts im "Market Marcellino" nur 300m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Rachele und ihre Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber und wir können sie und die "kleine Paradiesecke" absolut weiterempfehlen! Oliver und Barbara

Beautiful place with lovely owners

Rachele and Luca were amazing, kind hosts who responded right away when we had any kind of issue, from needing more towels to a low battery issue with the hot water heater. The suite was lovely -- peaceful, clean, and well equipped with everything that we needed for the week. The four stars are really for Amalfi, not for the suite. The roads there are terrifying and unsafe. Check-in was complicated because there is no parking and nowhere to even pull over for a moment near the house to check in, so we ended up at the top of the mountain, waiting at a restaurant for Luca to come lead us down to the parking gate. This suite has excellent access to a small grocery store, a little bar/restaurant, and a bus stop, which is how you get get down to the beach and town since there is no parking below. There are walking paths behind the houses that are safe to walk on and provide a beautiful view of the coastline. This was my favourite week of our month in Italy!

Amalfi a winner!

Lina was great! Gave us bus stop photo and greeted us there to lead us to our place. View is beautiful and everything was as promised. We loved “Dongo’s” down the street to get our morning coffee and orange juice!

Ein Empfang mit einer Schale Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten

und einer herrlich erfrischenden Zitronenlimonade! Man nimmt Platz auf der hübschen Terrasse mit Blick auf das blaue Meer und weiß, dass man angekommen ist an der fantastischen Amalfiküste. Das kleine schön und liebevoll eingerichtet Haus ist ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir empfehlen statt mit dem Auto mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu fahren, auch wenn diese manchmal sehr voll sind. Grazie mille Rachele per un soggiorno indimenticabile!

My time in Amalfi

My time here was glorious, the view was spectacular and I had trouble with the hot water and Rachel fixed it immediately. Unfortunately I needed to return home because of family issues but I would stay her again .

Wunderbar romantischer Urlaub

Das herausragende an der Ferienwohnung ist definitiv die Terrasse. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Salerno und wir hätten tagelang nur darauf sitzen und den Ausblick genießen können. Die Wohnung an sich ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Hinzu kommt, dass Rachele eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin ist, die uns zum Empfang selbstgekochte Zitronenmarmelade hingestellt hat. Die hat übrigens sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein großer Vorteil der Wohnung ist sicherlich auch der PKW-Stellplatz. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen ab dem Flughafen Neapel gemietet und konnten ihn dort immer sicher unterstellen. Die Parksituationen an der Amalfiküste sind sehr beengt und der Öffentliche Bus- und Fährverkehr ist so regelmäßig gut und preiswert, dass wir jedoch beim nächsten Mal wohl mit den öffentlichen komplett anreisen werden. Ja. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher fahren.

Super Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr sauber, Rachele ist eine große Hilfe bei allen Fragen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas kompliziert, da man an der viel befahrenen Straße laufen und viele Steintreppen bewältigen muss, und den Strandtag vorher telefonisch reservieren sollte. Den Weg nach Amalfi kann man gut zu Fuß gehen oder mit dem Bus. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und der Blick übers Meer von der Terrasse aus ist absolut traumhaft.

leuke woning, prachtig uitzicht, lieve gastvrouw die uitgebreid uitleg gaf, niets was haar te veel. Woning ligt centraal, maar ook lekker uit de drukte.

La propriétaire est très gentille et se met en 4 pour vous. La vue depuis la terasse fleurie et ombragée est fantastique. Par contre si vous n'avez pas de voiture vous êtes assez isolés et dépendez des bus locaux car rien n'est fait pour les piétons et les routes sont étroites et dangereuses.

Amazing Visit to Amalfi Coast

Rachele was a fantastic host! She picked us up in Amalfi and stayed with us for 2.5 hours until we were comfortable with area and the home. The home is a short walk to bar and bus pick up. The bar had the best cappuccino we’ve tasted while in Italy. Andreas, at the bar, helped us find a fantastic restaurant in Pogerola. Since it is slow season, the restaurant owner actually picked us up and returned us to the bar at no charge. We enjoyed a couple of the best meals we’ve had in Italy! The house has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Amalfi. Grazie Rachele! Arrivederci! Kevin and Michelle

Amalfi coast magic

Fabulous location, supermarket and tabacchi close by, and what an amazing view, truly spectacular! Rachel was a warm and welcoming host, very helpful, offered us some homemade lemonade when we arrived, perfect for a hot afternoon. The apartment was comfortable and spacious enough for 2 people to stay for the week, washing machine appreciated. Only downside, both market and tabacchi ran out of bus tickets 2 days in a row, had to walk along the narrow road to Amalfi, not an easy task with the constant craziness of buses, cars and bikes! Suggest buying extra tickets once in town. Be sure to spend a day at Duoglio beach, it’s quite a hike down/up the stairs, but well and truly worth it. €20 for 2 folding beds and umbrella, can order drinks and food, water crystal clear, pebbles under foot can be quite hard, wear some reef shoes if you have some! Had an amazing week, highly recommend staying at Casa Maresia, thanks again!
