Great stay. Superb location close to restaurants on Kuhio and two blocks away from great part of Waikiki beach. Host instructions were clear. It was nice to have a fridge and be able to make our own meals.

Our stay here was exactly what we were expecting as we have stayed at Pacific Monarch numerous times in the past. This studio provided us with everything we needed for our week-long stay. It was clean upon arrival and we were greeted by the friendly staff on more than one occasion as we departed and returned to the building. This location is perfect for us and our needs in Waikiki which is why we keep returning to Pacific Monarch. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Great location! I found everything I needed within walking distance which was great because the hotel parking garage was 45/day. The laundry is found on the 3rd floor and you can ask the front desk to exchange bills for quarters. It was great to be able to have the whole wall be a window so we can see outside all day and night. It was honestly the highlight! Host provided everything we needed. We had enough toilet paper to last us our whole stay. We went through the paper towel roll and trash bags in the end. It would’ve been nice to have more linens and pillows for the 4 adults who stayed in the studio. The air mattress lost air over night but was still functional. The boogie boards are falling apart, the chairs seem to be in good condition. LOVED the hanging rack for wet clothes. I will say that the electronic set up near the TV is a little too much. I would’ve valued having more space to put my own things since the space is being shared by 3 other people. The electronics are also a little outdated. I didn’t have any CDs to play in the stereo and we had no use for a land line phone. There were more items there but I don’t remember what it was. I know we didn’t use it. We did use the TV so it would be nice to keep that. The QR code to log into the WIFI was also so nice! All I had to do was scan the QR code and it saves the username and password to my phone for me. The room honestly had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Prompt refund by owner

Was able to get refunded within two days after not staying at this property. Upon check-in, it was not as described in the pictures, among other things. I hope the property owner updates the suite and also their ad on Vrbo to accurately depict what it really looks like.

Frustrating,

Late arrival(11pm), room not ready, dirty laundry on the floor, no contact to management, had to organize a hotelroom, next day contact with mngmt. Got hotel cost reimbursed. Several other issues during rental; too many to list them all.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments:

Spring stay at Pacific Monarch 2608

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has a great view, and was as described. The decor is dated and needs some TLC, but for the price and location, it is a good value. We did find that the queen bed was comfortable, but the fold out futons for guests 3 and 4, were not as comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location. View from room was excellent. Futon was broken, replaced with an air mattress.
