The Space:

Welcome to the Boho Suite, a boutique condo located at the Coral Resort on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. This historic hotel has been modernized with luxury amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a year-round heated pool, open courtyard featuring a private fishing dock, and free Wi-Fi, you will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy breathtaking views of dolphins, manatees, and sea birds while being just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice cream shops are also within a short walking distance. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until end of the year 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire suite and the resort including its amenities.



Parking is free and included with the stay. Guests must retrieve their parking pass in the unit - you will get towed if you don't have it



WIFI is included with the stay. WIFI information is provided at the front.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.



The Neighborhood:

Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach. The immediate area is restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops! It's a 2 min. walk to the beach!



Getting Around:

Everything is walkable. Parking is free though



Other Things to Note:

This page is a private page and was not set up by the resort itself. We're a third party property manager representing a number of units at the resort, but not ALL of the units. Therefore, if you have an issue with the resort, a neighboring unit or another guest, please report it to us. We also have direct communication so we'll make sure you get the fastest help possible!



The Coral Resort is a boutique resort, and so some of their services reflect the smaller operation! Requests outside normal business hours may take some time.



Also, please note these condos are individually owned meaning small aspects of your experience may vary unit to unit including, but not limited to, supplies, design, in-suite amenities, etc. Please be mindful of this.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



Interaction with Guests:

The balcony is shared with the neighboring unit. There are 20+ units on-site and the amenities are shared amongst them so guest interaction is likely.
