Dog friendly & spacious, with private lake access! Centrally located in Fryeburg, you have a small shopping plaza within walking distance while still feeling like you’re in the middle of the woods in a quiet, family friendly private neighborhood. Tax free outlet shopping is 20 minutes away in North Conway, but you can drive in any direction & hit great restaurants, hiking, multiple ski areas & ATV/Snowmobile trails. 2 levels plus a loft & a large deck, plenty of room for the family. Beach chairs and sturdy cart are available to borrow for the beach (7 minute walk, available in Summer months), fire pit in the backyard, so much more! This is my family vacation home so it is well stocked with towels, linens, spices, pots and pans, glassware etc. - please treat it as such and we are happy to welcome you to enjoy the peace, quiet and nature of the Mount Washington Valley.

Clean up after yourself. I don't need deep cleaning or even stripped beds, just do your own dishes, scrape the grill, wipe spills, dog waste bagged
10 day maximum stay. Requests beyond this will be considered but likely declined.
Quiet hours 10pm-7am - this is a quiet family neighborhood and sound really carries in the valley. You may be asked to leave if this is a problem.

My home is in a quiet family neighborhood with private lake access shared by a small, close knit HOA. The people are wonderful and welcoming, in fact my renters have reported being offered food and drink by my lovely and welcoming neighbors.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous knotty pine woodwork throughout and vaulted ceilings. It feels like a home, not a hotel. It is well stocked with essentials because I used it the majority of the time; if something breaks or goes missing, I notice immediately and take care of it.
