Offering 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, this home combines comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location just minutes from North Conway Village.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming sunroom, where walls of windows fill the space with natural light—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, curl up with a good book, or unwind after a day of adventure. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with the kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room, creating a warm and inviting space to gather after a day of exploring. Whether you're sharing meals, playing games, or simply relaxing together, this chalet is designed for making memories. (Please note: the wood stove is not available for guest use.)

The lower level features four inviting bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests.

LOWER LEVEL: Two bedrooms each with double bed, one bedroom with two twin size bunk beds, one bedroom with twin size bunk bed, full bath.

ENTRY: Bonus room with lots of light and a half bath.
