The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet, but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors. Uptown Westerville is a 12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20 minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. Columbus is an easy driving city, you are max 25 min from almost everything Columbus has to offer. There is a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also both available in this area. The bike path is around the corner located at Electric Ave and State Street.

Each unit has one assigned parking spot and there is plenty of open street parking. During the summer it is open all the time, during the school year please refer to the signs to know which areas are parking and no parking.
