Great view

Loved the balcony and view. Kitchen was beautiful. 2 spinny chairs in living room need to be cleaned or gotten rid of (super dirty) but besides that everything was great!!!

Great location on the beach

This property was mostly well maintained. There were a few minor inconveniences but overall we had a wonderful stay. The beach facing balcony door was extremely hard to open and close, the ice maker did not make ice, the outlet next to the bed in the master bedroom did not work and was wiggly, there were no cushions for the chairs on the front facing balcony, the refrigerator door when opened brushed the counter, and the smell in the hallway by the elevators always smelled on marijuana. I did love the view from the back balcony and from the kitchen. The walk in shower was a lifesaver when rinsing out our swim wear. Everything you need is nearby or can be delivered. If you have packages delivered, they do not come to your doorstep, they go to building 1. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

They stay was good but they expect you to take the trash out and load dishwasher before you go but only leave you one trash bag and one pods for the whole entire stay. We had to purchase trash bags, soap, paper towels, a dish towel to even wash dishes. And the sheets were dirty and had sand all in them. Check in was also at three and we checked in right at three got up to the condo about 3:10 and the lady was still cleaning and didn’t get finished until 4:00. I was a little upset about that beings that it was an 8 hour drive for us with two very small children and we were ready and expecting to be in our room by then.

Beach Escape

Condo was nice, right on the beach as advertised. Phoenix scheduled maintenance that would have kept us from our room for 2 days with no alternatives. Thankfully unit owner took care of it when contacted.

Needs some tlc

This condo unit needed some Tlc. Was not thoroughly cleaned for the price felt like it was pricey for condition We went and bought bleach and lysol paper towels and toilet paper hand soap to clean with before bed first night More wash clothes and towels Otherwise you do laundry two times a day

Girls trip

The condo was very run down and dirty. There were no blow dryers or toaster. Bath towels were few but owner did have more sent over. The items in kitchen were dirty and sticky and had to be cleaned before they could be used. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen and no potholders. One of the comforters was dirty and we had to wash it. We will not stay at this condo again.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Glide rocker patio furniture was so nice to watch the ocean and dolphins . Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware but recommend bringing seasonings and items such as coffee and filters as they are not provided. Had a great vacation!

The host was very helpful getting us checked in. The property was well maintained, with modern appliances, fresh paint, and furniture in mostly good condition. The ocean view from the property were absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was a lack of a few basic items, insufficient towels, bath tissue and no cleaning supplies, however, this wasn’t enough to take away from the overall great experience.We do have one complaint for the actual building tower itself, (and nothing against the host!) one of the elevators (passed freight elevator) smelled like pee! Luckily, we were only on the 4the floor, so we could hold our breath!!Overall, I would recommend this property and would happily book again in the future.

Great place for a family vacation. We are a family of 6 and were comfortable in the space. The view was beautiful. It was nice to be able to hop between pools. I would recommend.

Overall, this condo worked very well for us. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. My wife and I ended up in the queen bedroom behind the kitchen. It is definitely a firm mattress but was not uncomfortable. The unit is on the 4th floor which made for a short elevator ride. It is beachfront, so the view is good, but it is on the corner of the building which is farthest from the shore and has another building on the right, so the view is somewhat limited. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and feel that this condo is a good value.

Nice

Kitchen has been recently renovated, but, the beddings and mattresses could use updating too.2 of the 4 saunas ( out of 4 properties) were broken. Extra amenities for families were a bonus ( arcade, hot tubs ( they weren't all open and they are small), raquetball, etc....we enjoyed the beach and being together!
