We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo is just as described on the listing and the easy access to the beach was wonderful. We did have a couple maintenance and fire alarm issues, but those were completely out of the host's hands. Everything was communicated well and handled efficiently with little to no disruption of our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave. Hope we can come back!

The view of the beach was unobstructed. The pool was clean and the host was nice. The rooms were unclean though. There was a packet of Ritz crackers in our room and an opened packet under the dresser. You could feel the sand in the bedrooms under your feet and crayons were under the couch. Other than the cleanliness, everything else was pleasant.

Nicely appointed condo on the Gulf

Ladies week away

Perfect location, perfect weather, great accommodations right on the best. Great location for renting kayakers, bikes everything you want to go. Great restaurants close by. Florabama a must go to.

Very nice clean property in great location! A little noisy at night from property above.Good amenities on property.Not sure why I was charged 55 for parking pass? I vacation frequently and have never been charged for parking pass.Should have been part of initial rental fee.

Great condo! A few other issues

The condo itself was great, just as listed and a great location right on the beach. They had several beach chairs, toys, and a beach umbrella that was a lifesaver! There were a few issues that were really not in anyone's control including two building wide fire alarms and the washer in the unit leaking into the condo below it, so we were unable to wash our sandy beach items before leaving. Not a huge deal, just annoying. Would definitely stay again though!

Excellent stay at Orange Beach

Came to Orange Beach with my wife and friends (another couple) for the first time. The condo is clean and very nicely decorated. The ocean view from the balcony is stunning. Check in was smooth. Kay is an excellent host and would respond to my (too many) questions very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks Kay!

Amazing beach getaway!

Wonderful place to stay in Orange Beach. Spacious condo. Very clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and location is great for all are restaurants and activities. Owner was very nice and responsive in a timely manner. We will be back next year!

Wonderful

The condo is always amazing ,a few minor things wrong. But nothing major. The owner is the sweetest ever. This is our fourth year to stay here and we are never disappointed.
