Penthouse Living: The top-floor location provides spectacular, uninterrupted direct sea views. The unit features a private balcony that runs the full length of the front of the building, offering stunning views from nearly every major room. Access to the penthouse is highly exclusive via a private, direct-entry elevator.
Modern Kitchen & Open Layout: The kitchen is modern with an open layout, making it perfect for preparing meals and socializing. It features an induction stove and two separate ovens, plus a wine fridge and a dedicated ice maker. The penthouse boasts 4 gorgeous full bathrooms and 1 half bath, ensuring comfort for up to 13 guests.
