Welcome to this centrally located, fully furnished unit nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.
This secure, resident-only community allows a minimum rental period of 30 days, offering the perfect balance of comfort and flexibility.
Important Rental Info:
Guests are required to apply to the condominium association and receive approval before their stay. Without approval, access may be denied.
Our team will guide you through the process — including submitting the condo application and paying a $200 application fee.
Once approved, you'll be considered a resident/tenant of the building, not a short-term guest. Beside application fee Condo requires a common area secuirty deposit. Guest are required to pay $2500 secuirty deposit along, which is fully refundable after check out inspection.

This home comes fully equipped — just bring your suitcase and settle in!
