The house was on a quiet street and the neighborhood was wonderful. For the amenities; not much. They didn’t provide coffee filters, garbage bags or laundry detergent. Other than a few inconveniences everything was good.

Awesome house

First the host was awesome. Neighborhoods is awsome. Very clean and friendly. All the attractions were very close by. The house is awesome. Spacious and accommodating to all your needs. No doubt I would book again. My crew want to thank the host for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for Universal

This home was perfect for our trip! It was only a 15-20 minute drive to the universal parks. We had 6 adults staying at the home with 2 full bathrooms and had no issues. There were extra towels and blankets. Everything you would need for the kitchen was there. The check in and out process was seamless with a very helpful and responsive host!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably close.About 20 minute from the Convention center. Comfy, firm beds. Everything was clean. Not luxurious, but it wasn't lacking any basics.No surprises. Listing is accurate.

Property can use a better clean, sheets and pillows had hair from previous tenants. Very nice owner and communication was good.

Good Value

Plenty reasonable for the price. Clean, neat and everything worked. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles. One of the bathrooms can only be accessed through a bedroom, but wasn't a problem for my crew. Communications with property manager were friendly, responsive and on point. If you get the chance to meet the next door neighbor Robert, who oversees the property, you'll agree he is a delightful human being.

A quiet spot in a busy city.

The property was in close proximity to all of the well known Orlando attractions, yet is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood, right off of the beaten path. It was very much a refuge from the bustle of the city. The property owner was very easy to get in touch with and was quick to resolve any concerns that we had, which were very few. We were pleased that we chose this home for our Christmas vacation at Universal Studios.

Excellent Stay

Property was clean and followed through on all promises. Proximity to everything we wanted was very nice. Hosts were quick to respond and very kind. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Orlando!

Nice home for large party

This was a lovely home for our family for a weekend event offsite at a reasonable price. Only 15-20 minutes from Disney. Home was clean, beds comfortable, a TV in every bedroom and plenty of seating.

Some beds were little uncomfortable

Overall it was good. As some have said neighborhood a little questionable and noisy at night time on a few nights loud. But everyone we talk to were nice and friendly. I think the one bedroom with the full bed, if it had updated window you would not here the noise.otherwise the house was very nice.

Great spot!

Really nice and comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to everything you need. Host was a wonderful communicator and super helpful. Even jumped on a video call to help us with the TV! I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot, small neighborhood

The house itself was excellent, clean, and well kept. However we couldn’t really go outside at night, as there were a few “characters” outside. However we were left alone and had a wonderful time.
