Very very nice historical home! We really enjoyed our stay there. Appreciated the fact it was well stocked on supplies and kitchen equipment. Just needed some baggies or foil etc. We made do though. . Again it was terrific!! Thank you

What a great location!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great coffee shop a block away and grocery store. Walked everywhere!! 5 stars for sure!!

This was a beautiful, classic property. It had the feel of stepping back in time. However, with that comes some inherent challenges. The air conditioning needed to be held at a level that some might not be comfortable sleeping. Also, we could hear the renters above us in the morning walking around. Not sure if they were heavy footed or the age of the floors allowed you to hear all the moving about.

Location was great- right in the beautiful historic district; easily walkable to most of the sights we wanted to see. Beautiful old home with well stocked kitchen; 2 bathrooms are always nice. Comfortable beds. Check in process was easy.

What a quaint, cute, historical home. Nestled just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk just about anywhere in the Historical District. The front porch was beautiful! We can't wait to come back!

Nice quiet neighborhood. My only criticisms are are the condition of the porch, since that is used as the title of the home, and the footsteps thudding upstairs. Much of the handrails a nd decking on the porch are rotted and need to be replaced. It’s only a “looks” thing, but it was off-putting. It was my wife and I staying in the ground floor. We made the mistake of believing that the owners lived upstairs and would be quiet. However, an hour after we checked in, a family of 6 with several kids checked in upstairs and it was constant running with booming footsteps. The home is all good other than those 2 issues. The management even shipped the items to us that we mistakenly left behind.

The apartment was beautiful. Everything was as advertised. The porches were very nice. We were able to park on the street right in front of the unit.The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed.

Our stay was amazing. The host responded quickly before, during, and after our stay. The property was amazing and was conveniently located. Parking was easy. Property offered plenty of space. Property kitchen was stocked. Having a washer and dryer was perfect as we were traveling with children. It was nice to be able to sit on the porch and take in the historical homes. Walked to downtown multiple times.

Wonderfully clean and roomy home; two couples and we enjoyed the living / dining for socializing and the beds were super comfortable- hosts were on the ball and answered any questions promptly; very safe area and a wonderful coffee shop at end of the street ; also walking distance to a large Kroger one block over; expect a mile walk to the river action if you don’t have a car; Uber readily available; would stay again;

Great Location!

Wonderful location within walking distance to Forsythe Park and Kroger, and a cafe less than 300 yards from the front porch. Clean and spacious too! My Mom and I had a great time!

While all of Savannah boasts beautiful houses, there are just a few 'Belgium Stone' or 'Belgium Block' homes like this one that convey a sense of grandeur and solidity.
