Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this location puts you within easy reach of everything New Haven has to offer: Just 1 mile from Southern Connecticut State University—a quick 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk. Only 2.5 miles to Yale New Haven Hospital, Yale Children's Hospital, and other major medical centers. 2 miles from Yale University and downtown New Haven, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, cafes, and historic attractions. Whether you're here for academics, a clinical rotation, or simply to enjoy the city, this comfortable suite offers the ideal combination of space, privacy, and central access.
1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal.

Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our guest portal. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide both our guests and our properties with extra protection. This is particularly important because the property offers self check-in, which relies on prior guest verification for a smooth and secure arrival. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete this verification. Please complete this process prior to arriving at the property to ensure a quick and easy check-in.
