Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance Program options available for purchase when booking a stay not less than 30 days before check in date.

Inside, you'll find two comfortable king bedrooms and a pullout sofa, making Sassafras ideal for a family getaway or a stay with 2–3 couples. Whether you’re visiting on your own or booking alongside the nearby Bent Tree Cabin for a multi-family escape, Sassafras combines comfort and convenience.

The cabin was beautiful. Pet friendly. Only small issue was the bathroom drain was slow to drain. I would recommend this location!

windows have no screens and are filthy, air conditioner would not cool house down during the day under 75 no dish detergent only 5 towels for whole weekend and only 1 extra toilet paper. Compared to other cabins we stay in this one is not as nice and more expensive.

The host was very welcoming and was so helpful and communicated very well!! The cabin had every amenity you could think of and was very spectacular!! The property was amazing as well!!
