Welcome to The Music City Gem! A beautiful brand new condo with mid century accents, high ceilings, tons of natural light, and a spacious open floor plan. Located in the East Inglewood area and just two exits from Opry Mills, you'll have shopping, eateries, and tons of activities to explore nearby!

Layout:
Located on the first floor of the building, the unit is all one level. It opens into a full kitchen with seating at the bar area, and living room with a comfortable sofa (including a queen sized pullout bed) and a smart TV. To the right there is a full bathroom with a walk in shower and sink. Connected to the bathroom and bedroom there is a spacious walk-in closet for luggage and storage. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, two night stands, and a smart TV.
Parking: First come first serve parking is available in the parking lot of the building.
The Neighborhood: East Nashville is filled with rave-worthy restaurants, expansive parks, artisan boutiques, and so much more. From Five Points to Lockeland Springs, there's so much to experience when you are in the area. Also checkout neighboring Opry Mills for tons of shopping and eateries!
House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Interactions with Guests: We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
