INDEMNIFICATION &HOLD HARMLESS
Guests agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the renter's use and occupancy of the property.
The Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to the
property during the rental period.
The property owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Guests or any third party arising from the use of the property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the property owner.
By completing a paid reservation, the Guests acknowledges and accepts these terms and agrees to assume all risks associated with the rental property.
