For the One Bedroom Beachfront We recommend two adult and two children as the queen murphy bed is in the living room with minimal privacy and storage.

At The Calm Water Villas, you have the flexibility to book either villa on its own or reserve both together:
• Book the Master Suite Villa only – You’ll have the entire property to yourself, including the pool, dock, beach, and all outdoor spaces. The One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa will remain unoccupied and closed off, ensuring complete privacy.
• Book the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa only – You’ll also enjoy the entire property exclusively. The Master Suite Villa will be blocked and not available to anyone else.
• Book Both Villas together – Perfect for families or groups who want extra space, this option gives you the full estate with both villas open and ready for you to enjoy.
No matter which option you choose, you’ll never share the property with strangers. Your stay is always private, peaceful, and entirely your own.
👉 Please note: The Calm Water Villas consists of three fully independent villas, each with its own private entrance and amenities. The owner/caretaker resides on-site in a separate villa located above the garage at the rear of the property. Routine property care and maintenance are provided as needed to ensure the grounds and beachfront remain clean and welcoming. All guest villas are fully private, and guest privacy is always respected.

Things to note -
While it is not necessary with everything on the property and our included private airport transfer. We do recommend renting a car to get around the island as we are located approx. 10 minutes from Georgetown. We have partnered with Pablo's car rental and can arrange your rental prior to your arrival so that your rental car is waiting at the property for you hassle free.
When going to the food store you will want to bring the provided bags as they do not provide bags at checkout
We do not recommend drinking the tap water as chlorine is used to clean the water. We have provided a water dispenser with 5 gallon refills. If you need additional water during your stay to take on trips, excursions ect water can be purchased in town at the water store. This is the most economical place to purchase water on the island. The food stores are not.
When planning for your trip we recommend to bring Avon Skin So Soft or something similar as early in the morning and later in the evening no-see-ums do some times come out on calm days. If it is windy at all typically they do not come out.
Exuma is an island in the middle of the Bahamas so things that people are accustom to may not be available in Exuma, everything that is on Exuma was shipped in via boat or plane. That being said if there is something you can not live without we recommend you bring it along, check with airlines for handling requirements.
Exuma also does not have the normal infrastructure that a lot of the towns you and I are accustom to. One of the major things that it lacks is a fire truck or fire department, because of this we ask our guest to please be mindful when cooking, grilling ect. We do not allow any type of bonfire or firepits. If you do smoke, we ask that you smoke away from the house and fully put out your cigarettes and or cigars and dispose of the remains properly,
There is an owners suite on the back side of the premises that through out the year may be occupied by the owner/s. At no time will the owner/s interrupt or utilize any of the amenities during a guests stay
