While the location and view from the balcony are excellent, the unit itself needs some work. It is small. There was some initial confusion as to picking up the rental envelope; it was remedied quickly. There was no indication that we were to pick up the package at the front of the office in their basket after hours. I have not used this rental company before so I didn't know. As to the unit, the view is a 10 but the unit is a 3 at best. The kitchen area looked like it needed another cleaning. There were grease stains all over the side of the refrigerator and on the stove, in addition to the rust stains on both. The coffee pot looked like someone had just finished their morning brew. Thankfully, I brought my own.There is no storage space for your things. All the cabinets/drawers are taken up by either bed linens, cleaning supplies, or kitchens utensils. And I don't understand why the mattress was encased in a plastic bag.. Nothing like some crinkling every time you moved. In the bathroom there was a hole in the under sink cabinet wall. This created a mildew smell from there. I'm not sure how the other rentals at this condo lodge are, but I'd avoid this one until they make some improvements.
