This cozy stylish house has a large spacious living room, great open kitchen, and unobstructed views backyard. The entire house has been thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities you will need during your visit, such as a washer & dryer, Nest thermostat and fiber high speed 1000 mbps internet for your work/vacation activities.

The living room has a large flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. capabilities using guests' own accounts. It also has a great selection of games, and activities to keep everyone entertained!
The backyard is entirely fenced in, with an amazing covered patio and open backyard to relax & enjoy the amazing Texas sunsets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a coffee maker and drink station for your morning needs. Pots and pans, basic cooking necessities, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc. are already here for you when you arrive.

In addition to the driveway, our two car garage will fit your vehicles comfortably - along with anything else you may travel with!

MASTER BEDROOM:
The primary bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom with a standing shower, and full walk-in closet.

TWO QUEEN BEDROOMS:
The other two bedrooms each have a very comfortable queen bed with lots of natural light throughout the day and spacious closets. There is a full bathroom just across from the rooms.

Other things to note:
A well behaved dog is allowed with prior approval - please message us when booking if you have a dog that is traveling with you. There is an additional $100 dog deposit. One dog maximum, 20 lb. weight limit. Message for additional. Please do not allow dog to jump on furniture and pick up after them in the yard.

Attic and shed are not part of the rental and are kept locked.

Garbage pickup is every Thursday morning, recycling is every other Thursday. Bins can be out at 5:00 pm Wednesday night and brought back to the house by Friday evening.

Long term guests may choose additional house cleanings during their stay for an additional cost per clean.
