We were in Colorado for a destination wedding so unfortunately we didn't use the house to its full potential. There was a nice touch of some candies waiting for you near the guest book. Very spacious, nicely decorated. Every bed is different so you need to goldielocks it by seeing which is soft, which is hard and which is just right for each individuals preference. If you are mobility challenged this will be difficult to navigate. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean experience and excellent communication. Needed a place where I could bring my pack of dogs for a family event, and host was very understanding and acommading of our group. A few issues were noted but did not hinder our stay, and host got things fixed quickly.

We enjoyed our short stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, plates and utensils. Everything was clean and inviting. Beth replied almost immediately to a message I sent. We’ll be back!

In the information regarding this property it said that it had a kitchen. I assumed that would include at least 1 skillet or pot. None that I could find. Additionally, there wasn’t even a toaster provided! Usually, there will be coffee provided at most vrbo’s. There were about 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds provided. We were at a softball tournament while renting this house so we needed showers after our day at the ballpark . We were provided with 1 towel per person for the 2 nights stay! The house was super dark inside with inadequate lighting. One of the lamps in the front room was broken making it real sketchy to use while the other lamp wouldn’t even turn on. You could not open any of the blinds as the were all inoperable. Wish I would have gotten rooms at the Courtyard! There are only 3 bedrooms in this house not 4. The basement bedroom door won’t close due to it being broken. I have pictures of this claim. There was a funky smell of unknown origin to the house too. Also, there is not any workout area. Over priced, not very clean, definitely lack of towels and shampoo etc provided. Whole reason for renting house was to enjoy time with my adult children and grandchildren for Mothers Day at the ballpark!

The house was great for our stay. Infact it was larger than we needed. Beth was a fantastic host and helped anyway that was needed. Our dog loved the backyard. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Close to about everything in Pueblo. We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the new grill and the patio area. Only suggestions I would make is to add some hand rails to the front and rear steps to help out us older folks.

I am an LPC and in my free time enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors, especially riding horses any chance we get. I love getting the chance to be a host and hope people will enjoy the house and the peaceful neighborhood.
