Come enjoy all the comforts of home at "Serenity by the Sea". This Dennis port condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a cozy bunk bed with two full beds (linens included). Both rooms are equipped with Smart TVs and AC. The bathroom comes equipped with towel for your convenience. In the living space, you will have a large smart tv and cable, AC. The kitchen is fully stocked with your everyday needs. The condo is just steps from a small public access beach and a 5 min walk to Sea St beach. After enjoying a day at the beach come home and cool off in the outdoor shower. Walking distance to many local restaurants including the Ocean House, Pelham house and Sundae school. This charming rental is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a peaceful getaway. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.

-MUST be 21+ to book (photo id required)
-Renter's agreement will be sent and must be returned 7 days prior to arrival (will need ID and Car information)
-The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying.
-We use both this site and email for communication. Email on this site must be valid and correct
-MAXIMUM 5 people - Amount of people staying MUST match the amount of people on reservation
-No elevators, 3 flights of stairs (We are not handicap assessable)
-No pets
-No parties allowed
-Check in between 4pm-9pm (no exceptions)
-Condo Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
-The condo is located on the Top level (2nd floor) of a 6 unit condo building
-This is a NO SMOKING/Vaping property (inside or outside including parking area and yards)
-No drug use of any kind allowed, recreational or medicinal
-ONLY 2 parking spaces are allotted for the unit. There is no additional parking in the area or on the streets. OVERSIZED VEHICLES, RV'S, TRUCKS ARE NOT ALLOWED (License plates must be provided with renters agreement)
-Outdoor shower is shared with the other units
-Outdoor yard is shared with the other units
-Grill is shared with the other units

We had a fantastic stay in Dennis Port. The location couldn’t be better — just a quick 3‑minute walk to the beach, which made it easy for our family to come and go throughout the day. The unit was clean, very quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Parking was ample and convenient. The building itself is peaceful and well maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d happily return.

Had a great visit. Host was extremely responsive. I did not realize the condo was on the third floor and we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Regardless, everything else was great.

Any closer to the beach and a seagull would be making your coffee, We’ve stayed “on” Cape Cod many times over the years and have tried to pick a different town each time to get a feel for the whole Cape but Dennis Port may be the Goldilocks spot. Wood hole and Providence town near equidistant drives so neither is a journey to reach but the real star of this place it is the you can leave the beach get the kids the chips they did want and the toy they first said they didn’t want and be back on the sand in ten minutes round trip…or add another ten and hit the best ice cream spot on the cape.Check in is simple and parking easy. There’s a spot to secure your bikes which you should bring because the cape cod rail trail is also nearby. The apt was bright, fresh, clean and well stocked. All appliances from fridge to coffee maker to oven were new, clean, working and easy to operate. The kitchen always had the “oh I hope they have a… ohh there it is” while cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yes the grills are shared but there are multiple grills you’re not waiting on other guests to make dinner. The bathroom is new, clean and showered five consecutively never running out of hot water, also yes it’s Cape Cod of course there’s an outside rinse shower. Response to questions was always immediate, kind and very helpful. Check out was straightforward and easy. The surrounding neighborhood is a postcard. Felt safe and relaxing with everyone friendly out enjoying the summer.

Rooms were immaculate. Host provided beach chairs, wagons, board games and many other amenities. Host was very responsive and excellent communication. We would highly recommend renting from Kerri!
