The condo is just steps from a small public access beach and a 5 min walk to Sea St beach. After enjoying a day at the beach come home and cool off in the outdoor shower. Walking distance to many local restaurants including the Ocean House, Pelham house and Sundae school. This charming rental is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a peaceful getaway. -ONLY 2 parking spaces are allotted for the unit. There is no additional parking in the area or on the streets. OVERSIZED VEHICLES, RV'S, TRUCKS ARE NOT ALLOWED (License plates must be provided with renters agreement)
