The place was clean on the inside. The parking lot was number for parking but was not maintained for snow/ice removal, and no salt left for people staying. The heat was not on when we arrived and there was no welcome book to help explain things. I was able to quickly message the man to which he gave us instruction on how to turn on the gas fireplace. We got settled and snuggled on the couch to watch our show before bed which was nice. When we went to bed we quickly found out that the light switch in the bedroom controls both the LED lights as well as the fan/light. So we had to decide to either have the lights on so the fan could run or everything off. My husband ended up on the couch and I slept in the bed with the light/fan on and my head under the covers. Not a romantic way to spend the weekend. On the upside the two person tub was very nice and relaxing as I am sure this is the main attraction for this little getaway place. We ended up getting a fan and not have the lights on. We also had to get a hairdryer because there wasn't one there, that is my fault because I assumed there would be because the last two place we stayed had things like that, so again that was my fault but I would recommend it as a nice touch for the place. While there were some things that were not great about our stay we still enjoyed the comfy couch, lovely tub and being able to watch tv, snuggle, and hangout together without the kids somewhere different.
