You can tell the host loves and takes care of this property. This place felt like home! The little private beach was perfect for stunning sunrises and sunsets, and a nice place to play in the sand and skip rocks for the kids. It was also lovely to hear the music from the strip, while sitting on the porch in the evenings, not too loud, just setting the mood for a chill summer night.

We had a great time! The house is very clean and has everything you need. Check in was seamless and the location can't be beat! We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch and the quick walk to the lake. I highly recommend this property!

This property is perfect, right in the middle of the strip. You are able to walk everywhere. I would recommend this place.

Property was as listed and conveniently located for walking everywhere. Spacious and clean and was good for our girls weekend. Host was responsive and would consider staying here again if not on the weekend.Our only complaints were:1) the "private beach" is very small and difficult to get to.2) while the property is within walking distance to everything, there is a very large music venue just across the street and the ands play outside. Just a warning, if you don't want loud music late into the evening on Friday or Saturday.

The property is large and was very clean. I left an item in the room and Patte shipped it back to me. Everything was great. Location is unbeatable.

The house was super clean and spacious. A lot of the local attractions were closed due to the off season but, the location normally would be perfect. Very happy overall.

This cottage is PERFECT. This is our 3rd stay. The owner has been responsive and helpful very time we stayed. The cottage is in the heart of all fun on the strip- great for people watching and walking to sites. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is ideal for cooking a meal together. This cottage feels like home to us.
