Experience comfort and relaxation in Speedwell, TN. Our spacious 6-bedroom lakefront home is designed for unforgettable family memories. The home features 3 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with 2 full-over-queen beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. There's also a half bath on the first floor and a full bath in the basement, offering plenty of space and convenience for larger groups. *Pets are not allowed, no fireworks on premises and use of our home, dock and all amenities are at your own risk.*

JUST ADDED in Summer of 2026 a new ramp/walkway to the dock! Fall of 2025 a concrete path to the lake with a turn around loop! Enjoy easy, step-free access to the lake, complete with a double-slip covered dock, jet ski docking station, and swim platform—ideal for water lovers of all ages. Inside, the home is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, ping pong table, ice machine, stand-up beverage cooler, and fresh linens provided for your stay.

Please put all trash in the blue shed at the driveway. Please strip all beds (except the comforters) and place in front of the washer, along with used towels.
Standard cleaning fee is $375, there is also a trash removal fee of $25 (listed as an administrative fee upon booking).

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The decks were great. Will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful property, well maintained, quiet location on the lake so we were able to swim and hang out on the dock a lot. There was also plenty of parking! The huge covered deck was amazing! An extra fan in every bedroom was very appreciated!Be sure to bring your own personal supplies like TP, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, laundry soap.My only suggestion for improvement is that the fire pit was really unusable for s’mores. It is oddly located, and small and the ground slanted enough that it was uncomfortable. It got all the evening sun so it was really hot there too. S’mores are a tradition for our annual family

The property was beautiful and well stocked with dishes/silverware for groups coming in needing 6 bedrooms. It was nice to be at the back of the cove for nice calm swimming off the dock. It was great to have a two slip dock with a jet ski spot as well. The trip out to the main lake was a little long but well worth it to have the calm cove. The host was very responsive to the one issue we had while at the house - which was an act of nature as a tree fell across the driveway. The maintenance man Jack was very friendly as well. It was a relaxing week at the lake.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this property. It is easy to get to and the area around the house is very quiet. It is also very close to many marinas.

We chose this neighborhood for our home because of the landscape to the water (NO STEPS!). This side of the lake has less tourism and is one of the calmer sides of the lake.
