You can't get any closer to the ocean than this. Be among the first to rent this charming cottage on soft sandy private Moody beach. Oceanfront deck, comfortable living room with slider out to deck, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds and AC. Good sized bathroom with shower. Common area courtyard and two parking spaces. Sleeps six. Stay at the beach and BBQ on the new Weber grill or head out to enjoy all that neighboring Ogunquit (voted number one resort area in the country by Travel & Leisure) and historic Kennebunkport have to offer. Gorgeous sunrises, spectacular moonrises, and night skies with stars so bright you can almost reach out and touch them. If you love the beach, you can't go wrong with this cottage by the sea. Moody beach never disappoints.

Perfect location and great place. View of the night sky on a clear night was a stunning experience and the place had all of the right amenities. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, we will definitely be back next year. On a beach with many houses, although this property is small, it stands tall. Can’t wait for our next adventure here.

Beautiful stay! Everything was perfect! Cozy home on the beach with the best views, lots to do in the area, friendly owners and peaceful neighborhood. Even great water pressure in the shower! Thank you for a great stay!!

House was impeccably clean. Small, but fit our needs perfectly. Location was great, being on the beach, and so close to Ogunquit. Beautiful sunrises.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect stay on Moody Beach! Fantastic location! Quiet and relaxing. Beautiful charming little house! Very clean, functionnal and fully equiped kitchen. Hours of watching and listening to the waves roll in, long walks on the beach right out the door, watching the sunrises on the deck with your morning coffee and going for a swim. Debbie is a wonderful host and she had the delicate attention of greeting us with a nice botte of wine. We had the best time ever at the beach! Hope to have the opportunity to rent again next year. Can't wait to come back!

We own Feelin Moody, the cottage next door where the same guests return year after year. We tried to create the same standard of cleanliness, reliability and beachy style here with our new Lil' Moody.
