Your cozy getaway awaits in Amherst at this delightful condo. Located within minutes of downtown Amherst, grocery stores, restaurants and nearby colleges, such as UMASS, Amherst College, and Hampshire College. Bus stop in front of the complex is a plus. It gives you the freedom and convenience when you want to avoid the hassles of finding parking spaces while going to town or nearby colleges. Bus services are free in Amherst area. The condo has the coin-operated laundry in the common basement or if you prefer there are also laundromats nearby. With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and two single beds, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, T.V. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Please take off your shoes while staying at our condo. Indoor slippers will be provided if needed. Note: all indoor slippers are new.
Guests’ friends/families are not allowed to stay overnight at the condo. If found, the guests will be required to pay for the regular nightly price.
During your absence: 1) please turn off the air conditioner, fans, and lights 2) Keep the heater temperature to 45 F in the winter months.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the coffee was excellent. The host was welcoming and the directions were clear. We really enjoyed our stay!
