Everything was in good condition. Excellent location for skiing. We had ten people, including four children. There was a lot of room for the kids to play.

We had a great time! The house set up was perfectly for our large family! A nice firepit area in the back yard to relax by. There is a community hot tub & heated pool nearby for 20 per person per day. This was not clearly communicated in advance in the listing when we booked. We did send a list of things that should be addressed to the owner. They were very helpful throughout our stay! Would come stay here again!

Spacious home for the whole family and well stocked with supplies. Beds were comfy. Check out was very simple and easy.Biggest complaint was the front was not shoveled and ice was treacherous from driveway to front door. ( despite no snow for days)Also the downstairs bedroom circuit breaker kept tripping when we turned on closet light.

Great Family home

This house was perfect for our family getaway- multiple families and children. Lots of space. The firepit is nice to sit by at night! The community pool in Granby Ranch is currently under renovation but we were able to go to silver creek inn just down the road. Would stay here again!

Great Golf Basecamp!!

Great place with comfortable beds!! Perfect for our mountain golf getaway. Add a hot tub and this would be our go to every year!

Great Family House

Property was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities were top notch and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need (make sure and check the pantry before going to to the store :-)).

Great home with plenty of space. Three levels of livable and living space. Great for multi-generational gatherings and vacations. Home was well equipped for making meals with an array of tools and utensils. Fridge was spacious and clean. Washer and dryer easy to use and came in very handy. Blankets, sheets, pillows, beds, couches, towels and decor were all equally pleasing to look at and to use. Fire pit easy to use and a great end to a long day of exploring national forest. S’mores or just having a cold drink and catching up with the family.

Absolutely Perfect!

This rental home is 100% what you need! Enough beds for your entire family, and in a perfect location for a mountain getaway. The gas fire pit was perfect for the cool night with the kids. The host of this property is probably the best I’ve ever had when renting through VRBO. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!!!

A Lovely Family Getaway

We had a lovely time. The house was perfect for me, and my two sons and their families to have some togetherness up in the mountains. The house was clean, and all ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t use any of the amenities, pool etc. But we enjoyed the things to do in Granby, Grand Lake and hiking trails. We had fun in the house, making meals playing games and even cleaning up together. We would love to return in the winter!

The property was spectacular

We visited with 13 family and friends and were so pleased. The view of the ski runs was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue we had was upon arrival the garage trash cans were full...what appeared to be trash from at least a few weeks. The smell was terrible

Nice home- needs work

The house was spacious but over all amenities were dated, bedding was dirty and overall felt messy. When were traveling with two families each with three kids under 7 so used the basement bunk bed room and they enjoyed having an extra area to play. There is also a huge hill next to the home so everyone had a blast sledding. Unfortunately, two of the sheets had visible stains (boogers on the bunk beds, etc) and one bunk was missing a top sheet entirely. The other beds were comfortable but the bedding was old and the pillows no longer comfortable (the stuffing was all lumpy/flat). The kitchen was very unorganized and cluttered with broken plates, unmatched dishes, awful pots and pans and a toaster from the 80s. The sink facet was leaky and the silverware holder was broken. There was also no hand soap for the sink. Some furniture was falling was also fall apart (back of the basement game cabinet and the glass to the door as well as main living room game cabinet). A few simple upgrades to the towels and bedding, a good clean and reorganization of the kitchen would make this home a wonderful Vrbo.

Great fall retreat

My friends and I were here for a choir retreat. We've been coming to Silvercreek/Granby Ranch for 20+ years. This was the best accommodations we've had. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family Stay

Lovely home and setting with impressive kitchen stock of appliances and stock for every need. Lots of room for everyone to be together or on their own. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Only drawback was the lack of soap. One tiny bar in two bathrooms and none in the third.

AMAZING

We have rented several VRBO’s this one was by far the best. It was 100% as stated and the pictures were very accurate. Beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed all the areas especially outside. We saw wildlife and it was close to many activities. This rental was as stated in my top two.

States hot tub as an amenity but fails to mention its an additional $10 per person to use the hot tub. Very difficult to get ahold of a live person with check in issues. House was beautiful and exactly as described.

Listing needs updated

Great location, tons of space, and very well stocked with everything you would need. My only issue is that this listing needs to be updated. If it would have been accurate I would have booked another property. We had 5 kids who just wanted to swim and be in the hot tub which the listing said was part of our stay. Come to find out you have to pay $10 per person, per day to use this and we had 9 people for the week. The one day we decided we would pay $90 we couldn’t even get in, VERY disappointing! Your listing should say this as your book upon arrival did so you are sharing false information on your listing. We also had high hopes of using the gas fire pit as the listing made it sound accessible however nobody has ever shoveled there so there was no hope in ever finding or even using the fire pit. Good house just need to update your listing, I would also suggest adding the bedroom layout so people are aware of the bedroom locations.

overall the house was nice and fit our large group. The bed I stayed in had what looked like makeup or dirt on the sheets and pillow which really grossed me out.
