The house is good, but there could have been improved touches like extra towels for guests, better quality toliet paper and better pillows. The outside porch lights were not working, and there was no propane for the outside standing heater. The living and kitchen space was good. The outside space was nice. The house was good for our group but the neighborhood isn't the best location. Overall the experience was ok, not great.

The property was perfect for our stay in San Antonio. It was very easy to get around. There is a garage to pull your car into that was very helpful. The management could have done a better job on communicating a few help things about the property such as Wi-Fi login (what was posted inside was no longer accurate and we were given how to access on second evening we stayed there. Additionally there was no mention of garage door opener, but I saw it hidden (as it should be) as we were packing to leave. We managed without, but it would have been helpful. There was also not simple supplies we are use to having at VRBO properties such as cooking spray and coffee pods, etc. I understand that these thing aren't required, but it would be nice if there were staple items. On a positive note, there were plenty of dog treats and candy. We just didn't have a dog :o).Very cute, spacious for a family to spread out and rest while visiting. Would stay there again.

The house was adorable and matches the pictures. However, the location was not ideal. We were often awoke by neighbors screaming, slamming car doors, and booming base from car radios. Since I was visiting and I did not know the area- it was a little concerning arriving that first evening. We had 7 staying at the house, but there were only 6 towels and 2 wash clothes. On our 2nd day there, the dishwasher was not working and I reached out to the host in the morning and did not get a response until late that afternoon. I immediately asked a follow up question and I still have not received an answer. Initially, the host was very responsive. Overall, the house was good. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom tends to make you roll to the middle but other then location and host not too responsive the house served it’s purpose.

BUYER BEWARE: The neighborhoodis in the ghetto. It felt very unsafe for a group of young woman. It was suppose to be a girls weekend. Ended up booking another rent house. Didn’t want to stay one night in the house. There were shady happenings all around. We did not feel safe even leaving our vehicle in the driveway.The house itself was very clean and well stocked but I would not recommend this house due to neighborhood.

If you are looking for a rental in a well-kept, family-friendly, safe area, DO NOT book this rental. We didn't even get out the car before deciding to book elsewhere. Really wish we could post pictures of what we saw on the street and surrounding areas. Trash piled up in front of homes, bars on the windows of other homes, and there was even an unknown truck parked directly in front of the home. Upon first seeing the listing, the reviews were good, saying that the home itself was as pictured and clean, so we were comfortable booking. It wasnt until recent reviews that there were other concerns regarding the location. Wish we would have seen them sooner and cancelled, but instead took a 600 loss. That's how uncomforfable we were in having our children there. We don't want this to happen to anyone else!!!!
