Guests enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, you'll step into a comfortable living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The dining space is located just off the kitchen and includes a beautiful farmhouse-style table for gathering and enjoying meals together. The kitchen offers ample counter space and is fully stocked with all essential cookware and dinnerware. An additional table with two chairs is also available in the kitchen for extra seating.

The home features three bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king bed, the second has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (ideal for kids or groups), and the third bedroom offers two full-size beds. There are two full bathrooms, both equipped with shower/tub combinations.

Be sure to enjoy the enclosed patio and fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids and pets to play safely. A charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cooking and dining.

Great Weekend Stay

Overall this property was fantastic! Very clean; felt like a hotel away from a hotel. Communication with property manager was outstanding. Only issue was with internet not working, other than that everything exceeded expectation.

Stay on Garfield

Overall the stay was a nice experience. I will say the neighborhood did not always seem the safest. We also ran in to a problem with the secondary bathroom as the toilet seat was broken on one side.

The set up of this home was the ideal amount of space for our family who was visiting Savannah for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately 2 of the beds were unusable. One of the books was missing the rail on the top, which meant our kids could not use the bed. One of the double beds was bowed in making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We were only staying for two nights so we made due. The biggest problem was the kitchen. The stove was completely dirty and the counter tops looked like they had been cut (it seemed like contact paper was applied over the counters. The worse part was finding small roaches climbing on the walls and at one point when using the microwave, it looked like one was instead. I reported the issues to the host and at first they responded with a generic “thank you for bringing this to our attention.” After sending pictures to them of what I have here, they suggested sending someone out to clean. At that point I just told them no because we were leaving the next day, but I would not be staying at one of their properties again. We ended up purchasing roach traps ourselves. Staying here definitely added stress to our already busy schedule.

Nice and clean

Cleanliness is key. I am barefoot most all the time inside house. Even right after a shower, and walking around house, my feet were clean! And not just floors—saw no dust, no grungy anything! Bathrooms were spotless! I’d hoped the neighborhood would lend itself to walking w dogs, but there were no sidewalks and street was busy, and sometimes loud. However, the back yard was fenced in so my little yorkies had a chance to run and play there. Host was always in touch via email and even a ph call. Overall we were extremely pleased w our stay here.
