Perched along the sugar white shores of St. George Island, Black Skimmer is a coastal classic reimagined for laid back luxury. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront home effortlessly blends relaxed comfort with bright, modern updates—making it the perfect setting for memory making with friends, family, and even your (small) 4-legged companion.

Step inside to find a light soaked great room with soaring blonde tongue-and-groove ceilings, new coastal furnishings, and a panoramic wall of windows that frame endless Gulf views. The heart of this home flows seamlessly to a screened porch dotted with Adirondack chairs, where ocean breezes and sunset toasts come standard.

The primary king suite on the east side offers a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, while the west wing features a second king bedroom that shares a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo with the adjacent queen + bunk room—perfect for kids or cousins who whisper late into the night.

A brand new boardwalk leads you straight to the sand, and thoughtful updates throughout—including new appliances, furnishings, and fresh décor—make every stay feel special. Need extra convenience? An elevator is available for a $150 fee, and 1 dog under 35 lbs. is welcome for a fee of $250.

Black Skimmer sleeps 8, welcomes your toes in the sand, and invites you to settle into island time—just the way St. George intended.

House was perfect! Perfect open space, very clean. Everything top notch! Great view, right on beach with easy access. Loved the screened porch along with deck areas. Great for spending time outside out of sun while still feeling like at beach.

We really enjoyed the back screened in porch where we could still enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean when the weather was too windy or rainy to be on the beach. Loved the big closets and plenty of storage in the laundry room so the kitchen was not cluttered. Very spacious rooms and plenty of seating!

Absolutely Perfect

The elevator made it so simple for him. The covered porches allowed him to sit in comfort if the weather was too warm. The two king bed rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The kids room was perfect. There was not one thing the house did not have that we could have needed. We have vacationed on St George on and off for 30 years and Black Skimmer felt like home. Will absolutely be booking every year.
