気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
I booked this for my wife’s bday weekend. It was for us & our 2wk old baby. Nowhere in the description did it say it came w/ cigar and cigarette smoke coming through a vent in the rm from a diff. unit/living area; to where my wife, being an asthmatic, couldn’t step in the rm & we had the door shut to try and stop the smell from coming into the living area. Well, the smell got stronger and music louder and every few minutes we would hear a few guys yelling. My wife started saying she felt like her throat was closing up and was literally standing outside in the pitch black with our newborn refusing to come inside because she couldn’t breathe in there, so my next step was message the owner of the property. She stated there was no central hvac so she didn’t know who could be doing that, then I told her the noise was coming from the closet to the right if you’re facing it- her response was “go knock on their door and ask them to stop or give them the phone I’ll tell them”. I was alone with my wife and child and there’s at least 3 drunk guys in a rm- the owner is saying to go and give them my phone. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable and that if it didn’t stop we would have to leave because my wife can’t breathe. She agreed it was unacceptable, promised our money back the next day and is now avoiding my messages. I’m filing a civil case against her and wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to stay there. Oh and VRBO isn’t helping either- beware.
