Your private guest suite has large windows with views of Sedona’s Red Rocks and the Verde Valley. The backyard with mature trees, multiple bird feeders, and patio is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. High speed (55mps) internet, smart TV, and a desk have you covered if you are on a working vacation. The kitchenette and outdoor grill will give you the flexibility of cooking your own meals. Old Town Cottonwood offers many choices for shopping and eating and is only a few minutes away away. Sedona is less than 30 minutes away, and Jerome is a mere 15 minutes away, for even more choices. There are more than 20 wineries or wine tasting rooms in the Verde Valley for you to explore. We have lived in the area for more than 30 years and are happy to give you tips on local adventures.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are mobility challenged, this property may not be for you. The parking area and pathway around to your entrance is gravel, and slopes downhill. There are 5 steps up to your private entrance

A very nice clean property on the grounds of a couples home. Host was very gracious when I was not able to access the code via my email. Full kitchen with clean water and coffee setup and spacious bathroom with washer and dryer available. Bed was adequate, but would be rather uncomfortable for two people. Overall very nice stay in lovely Clarkdale.

Enjoying the Verde Valley

Very clean, neat and modern accommodations. The property was very accessible. If there was a shortcoming, it would be that there was no network TV I enjoy sports, and especially NASCAR racing, so I couldn't watch the races.

Great Weekend Getaway

Was a very clean and organized air b & b and the hosts were so nice and accomodating. The only suggestion was the friday was cooler, raining and hailing.We came in to only realize that the space was controlled by the tenant and it was a bit cool for us. They did say we could have reached out to them about temp control which we did not, so it is on us. Suggestion might be a space heater or another form of temp control. Overall we had a great stay. Quiet, clean, great location

The location was centrally located to Jerome and Cottonwood for touring around. And Sedona was a scenic 20 minute drive away. And the hour drive into Flagstaff through the canyon was absolutely beautiful. The owners , Kristine and Dennis, were very accommodating and personable. We really enjoyed visiting with them.

I am a native Arizonan passionate about what my state has to offer. My husband Dennis and I are both retired. We are birders and love the Verde Valley. We are board members of the local Audubon Chapter, and volunteer for the local Verde Valley Birding and Nature Festival, among many other volunteer activities. I sing with the Verde Valley Voices and at our church.

I built this house in 1997 and shared it with my parents for 10 years. I met my husband Dennis and we decided to stay here in the Verde Valley when we retired. It is convenient to all of the attractions that the Verde Valley has to offer and has a small town feel. We like the slower pace of life here and love to share what this area has to offer.

Our street does not have street lights, so our night sky is quite dark. We can see the Milky Way and all of the northern hemisphere constellations. You will enjoy the unique lights sparkling in the trees outside your window, at night. During the day the birds in our area visit our multiple feeders and water features. We have year-round hummingbirds who will actually come right up to you on the patio.
