Oldsmar is a great little town with parks and is nearby to Tampa, Clearwater, Palm Harbor.

The house is recently renovated, screened front porch looks over a conservation area. Ramp to the front door if you have mobility issues. Carport.

King-sized bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom. 2 full baths, full kitchen, large family room, and living room.

Pet friendly, absolutely no smoking inside.

Beautifully kept 55+ Mobile Home Community, Gull Air Village, has all the amenities you want. A huge pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and activities galore. Centrally located, 5 minutes from Tampa, just 5 minutes to Mease Countryside Hospital, and 20 minutes to beaches, golf courses, quaint villages, and more attractions. Walk across the street to great restaurants, shopping, and movies.

Community pool with spa.

Clubhouse with library, common areas, and a kitchen to host parties.

High season is January February and March, so we asked that you book those three months together. otherwise month to month is okay. there is a $100 application fee from the mobile home community. it is quick and easy just to make sure they are maintaining a very secure and safe community.

We bought this house more than 20 years ago for our mother and father to live in. We have maintained it for them all these years, and renovated it with brand new mattresses and linens for short-term rentals.

This home is fully furnished with absolutely everything anyone would need in a home. Our parents have brought the decor and furnishings all the way from South Africa. The incidentals are all brand new for a lovely vacation stay.
