The downstairs has a shower room, icemaker, and grill and the upstairs porch is perfect for relaxing the evenings. With Northern exposure, you will have warm sun in the morning on the upstairs porch, and shade all afternoon in the back. Hop on the golf cart and head to either the Marina or Hill store for dinner or snacks. Sea Isle has a pool, a fishing pier, pickleball courts, restaurant, two stores, and a boat ramp.

This house is located at Lampassas and Grayson, a prime people watching spot on the Sea Isle Parade Route and around the corner (but out of earshot) of the boat basin, ramp, and marina. Owned by a sailor, and setup to sail on the beach or the bay. The house comes with a catamaran for the beach and boat ramp and transient slip access in the boat basin to bring your own boat or sail the cat.
