Perched along the serene bay at the southern tip of Harbour Island, the Harbour View property rests on a quiet 0.7-acre lot in a peaceful residential neighborhood near the new Briland Club Marina.

High Tide is one of two cottages on the property, tucked further up the gently sloping landscape. From its elevated position, guests can enjoy cooling breezes, added privacy, and lovely bay views in a tranquil setting.

This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage is designed with comfort, elegance, and unforgettable sunset views in mind. Like its sister cottage Low Tide, High Tide is a 1,400 sq. ft. retreat featuring beautifully curated interiors and a spacious 700+ sq. ft. private deck — the perfect place to relax and embrace the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

Inside, you'll find a large King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a second bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a King, also with its own en-suite bathroom and closet.

Guests at High Tide enjoy access to shared amenities on the property, including a stunning pool, charming cabana, and an 80-foot private dock.
