This was such a cute spot for us to stay over on our way to the beach this year. Perfect for a couple and two teens. Nice, quiet evening in in Nashville! Will book again.

Great property. Loved the fast, smooth and easy communication with the amazing host. The location couldn’t be more ideal to everything. Property had everything I needed, including parking and washing machine. Easy 5 stars.

Everything was great - comfortable and high quality design of the living spaces, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room. Hotel level clean. We cook and the kitchen had everything we needed and is pretty, a bonus! Private apartment above garage (so no ambient noise from the rest of the house) with covered parking. Located on quiet neighborhood street, so no traffic or parking issues, and near shopping for essentials and fun boutiques. The little extras that made it excellent for us: high vaulted ceilings, thoughtful design, quality materials used in building the spaces, private deck, super clean, very helpful host. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit family in Nashville!

We are on an over-landing trip with lots of camping equipment, so we needed a safe area to park our truck! We have a rooftop rig, so we weren’t sure our truck would be able to fit under the covered parking, but the covered parking was taller than usual, so we fit! We felt good about leaving our equipment there with the truck while we explored Nashville!The guest house was the perfect size for my husband and I! Clean and comfy! Check in was a breeze and communication was clear! We walked almost everywhere, so it was in a good area as far as distance. Would highly recommend!

This space was perfect for my family of 4. We have two small children (8 and 5) and this was very comfortable for us all. The space was very clean and having a well stocked kitchen was perfect. Having a space so close to family made for a great experience. Thanks again!
