Enjoy peek-a-boo views of the beach in this newly renovated cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath 2nd floor condo. Free trolley pick up just out front of the building. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the beaches. The condo will sleep up to 4 people. Fully stocked with all of your basic essentials. Just bring your personal items, groceries, and don't forget your sunblock! Come enjoy island life and a little slice of one of Florida's favorite beaches along Anna Maria Island!

Very clean. Fresh smell. High end appliances. Every kitchen gadget could think of. Only needed to cross street to beach. One bed very comfortable. The other bed extremely saggy like a hammock-had tried to fix bu adding a foam mattress. My husband ended up sleeping on floor all week because hurt his back and we both rolled into the middle due to sag. AC worked amazing. Plentiful hot water. Ice maker in fridge came in very handy. Used wheeled cart with umbrella, towels, and chairs on a daily basis. Would have been nice to have a place to store down the stairs so didnt like other units so disnt need to haul cart up and down every time went to beach. Washer and dryer in unit was a lifesaver!

Beach bungalow

The property was very comfortable, and clean. Host was easy to reach. The location was perfect, right at the public beach access. Beach was beautiful. Not t crowded at all. Restaurants were close and Publix grocery store was about a half mile away. Perfect place in my opinion.

Great location/good property

Wonderful location in enchanting Anna Marie Island, just across the road from a lovely quiet beach and free shuttle. Good location to walk to Bridge street, several fun restaurants etc.Condo is on the smaller side (700 sf) but newly remodeled, (functional/not upscale). That said, it is an older property with a few quirks. All apiances worked, altho not very new. Charming seaside decor. Comfortable couches, bed not so much. Kitchen pretty well equipped altho with older pots and pans.

Stay Away until they clean the property!

The place was filthy when I arrived. Refrigerator was not clean, carpet had not been vacuumed, black water poured out of the bathtub faucet when turned on, sand around the couch area, microwave had food splattered inside, towels in the bathroom looked like they were bought from a yard sale and actually had a bug on it when I arrived. Several kitchen dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Dish drainer had not been cleaned in months. The beds have a topper over the mattress and the sheets covered only the topper. Needless to say since the rest of the condo was a mess, I did not sleep in the bed. I used the couch instead. The closets were full of paint, a ladder, and so much misc. junk that I had no where to hang my clothing. Complained to the host about reimbursing me for the cleaning and I have heard nothing as of today. Not much lighting in the parking lot behind the building or up the stairs. Not a safe environment. Pavement in the small parking area was a mess. I do have pictures of everything mentioned above. The only good thing I have to say about the unit is that It is across the street from the beach and the decorations are cute and beachy.
