Really Nice place on the inside with more than enough space. The gate didn't work and parking was tight. There also wasn't enough linen for the pull out. Sofa. Overall, it was a great stay with just what we needed for the occasion

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.Before booking we specifically asked about the safety of the neighborhood and were assured there was security and a gated environment. Upon arrival, there were at least 15 people gathered in the parking lot next door, some drinking & playing loud music. There was also constant activity from people riding through the area on bicycles. The home itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. We initially thought we could make it work, so we left to get drinks and snacks. Before leaving, we met the maintenance man, who was friendly and helpful. During our conversation, he advised us to leave by going left because the area to the right was "the hood." This immediately raised concerns. After driving around the neighborhood, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there, especially as a family. We contacted the host and informed her that we would not be staying. She apologized and asked if we had found another place, mentioning she had another property available. We told her we had already booked a hotel. We requested a refund, but the host refused. Then lied said she was talking to vrbo for best outcome for us both. The house may be as advertised, but the surrounding area was not what we were led to expect. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to families or anyone concerned about neighborhood safety. This home should not be on vrbo. The host isn't a Godly person. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Horrible experience
