This place was great! Good communication from Trent made for a really smooth check-in, and it was so lovely to have a welcome basket and the fans on keeping it cool when we arrived.Sitting on the deck with a coffee every morning with the river and mountains in front if us was a perfect way to start each day.We loved how easy the walk was into town, and just a short drive from the heart of the Rockies, too.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook from home, but there are also great restaurants nearby.The bathroom door could use a bit of oil to stop it squeaking! But it really was a perfect start to our Colorado adventure - we just wish we were there longer! Roll on next time....!

Very clean. The fireplace added to the coziness. In warm weather the porch would have been amazing. Took us 30 minutes to drive to the bear lake lot in RMNP which was perfect for us.

Super clean property. Bit worrying when we arrived to see a building site and rundown hotel near the parking area but don’t worry!It was at the rear of the property and once you are inside it’s fabulous. The balcony faces the river and you have amazing views.There was literally everything there you could possibly need.We didn’t cook as we walked into Estes Park in literally five minutes.Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.We would stay there again in a heartbeat.Don’t have any doubts, just book it!

Can’t wait to go back (and we just left a few hours ago)! The sound of the river was mesmerizing! We ended up canceling our plans to just chill out on the back deck all evening. It was quiet and just what we needed. Clean, quaint and so cozy. Check-in was effortless. Literally, a five minute walk into town. Kitchen had both type of coffee makers (Keurig & regular pot type). Bed/pillows are definitely on the firm side, fyi. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Nice newly updated 1 BR on the river, but still very close to Estes. New appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable king bed, lovely outdoor covered patio on the river. Will be best enjoyed in moderate temperate as there is a fan but no AC. This can still work in summer unless there’s smoke. VRBO host Trent was very helpful!

The condo was just what we needed for our Labor Day weekend stay. Excellent location with an easy walk to downtown. Also, easy access to the Fall River entrance to the park. Full kitchen, 1 bedroom and a pullout hide-a-bed. Great deck right above the Fall River. Super nice. Would stay again here for sure. We worked with Trent for this stay, and he went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. Reached out to me like every day to see that all was well. To me, that is great service.
