Vanderbilt Beach

After five nights in a condo in Naples on the 8th floor and one working elevator, with 1/4 mile walk to the condo from the elevator, and finally the elevator broken, this property on Vanderbilt Beach was great. It had 2 elevators, and it was a few feet from the elevator to the condo. The view from the 8th floor was fabulous. Despite bad weather, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo in the water

Gorgeous modern condo, that make u feel you are on a luxurious cruise ship on the water ! There is no closer condo ocean front than this one!! Complete heaven !! Would recommend anyone to stay here and stay longer than a week !!! It does not disappoint!!

Vanderbilt Beach Condo

The condo is in a great location in North Naples and has recently been remodeled which was very nice. The condo was clean and all communications were prompt and easy. We had a very nice week-long stay and spent hours on the beach and on the lanai. The pool is very small and shaded with no lounge chairs, which is fine if you plan to spend your time at the beach. The mirrors on the ceiling in the bedroom were unexpected.

Doesn't get better than this!

The location of the property is absolutely perfect. The unit was remodeled, fresh and very well equipped. Other tenant's within the property...friendly. Parking was easily accessible. The ability to hear the sound of the ocean all day and the opportunity to see the most beautiful sunsets from the unit or a few steps from the unit, on the beach was absolutely perfect. Anita made herself very available and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay at this property in the future.

Unexpected disappointments

The view Of the ocean was spectacular and what you are paying for. The condo was nice. The amenities were lacking. The ice machine was broken and although the agent brought over a bag of ice the next day, we had to buy our own ice. Appliances and kitchen accessories were dated and cheap considering what we paid for the week. Not even soap to wash your hands or Toilet paper for the week. The pool was nice and the beach was close and beautiful. Great sunsets. Great Location and parking was convenient.

Naples Vanderbilt Beach

Perfect for 4 people .. very clean and all around great for the week. We only utilized our friends beach area for the week so didn't have to take chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The Pool is really not that useful so plan on the beach ..which is great. All in all .. location was great .. 35 mins from the airport .. lots of food options. Downtown Naples was about 20 minute drive -- awesome food and shopping .. we loved Gumbo Limbo @ the Ritz right down the beach .. casual flip flops and fantastic sun sets and cocktails. Once we got used to the door and gate codes .. 2 thumbs up.. on the beach

Perfect Location

Beautiful, well kept condo located directly on the beach. Perfect for a relaxing get away with easy access to top-rated beachside dining. Just a few miles from restaurants, shops, Mercato, etc. Property owner was very attentive and responsive. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent Condo on the Beach

It was a wonderful condominium on the beach. We loved being able to sit on the screened balcony and watch the pelicans and dolphins at play. The pool was very clean and nice, with the water temperature nice and warm even on a chilly day. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Exceptional condo and location

We enjoyed this property very much. Checked every box and the property manager was excellent. Very clean, very quiet, and has everything you will need in the unit. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Relax, sink your toes in the sand and enjoy the sunsets

We spent 9 enjoyable days in this wonderful condo. The location is steps from the beach in a very secure complex. We enjoyed coffee every morning and sunsets every evening on the enclosed balcony off of the living room. The Master bedroom faces the beach to provide beautiful views. The beach in front of the condo wasn’t really crowded except on the weekends and the sand is groomed every day or two. We loved everything about the location. Restaurants and shopping were within a couple of miles. This is in North Naples so it was a 20 minute drive to Naples Pier and the popular 5th St and there can be traffic congestion at certain times of the day. We didn’t mind though as we discovered other things of interest along the way. If you want to hear the waves as you fall asleep at night and wake to a beautiful Gulf of Mexico view, this is the perfect place. We hope to return next year!!

Great Place - Touches all the bases

Location, location, and location. Wake up every morning to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the sun go down over the Gulf of Mexico. Very high condo, small building, pristine condition. Can't wait to go back.

Great beach front condo!

The property was beautiful, comfortable deck to sit and enjoy, same great beach views from the Master bedroom, and very functional kitchen. Support was great and close in case we needed anything. Location on the beach is great as it was never crowded. A great place to come and enjoy Naples!!
