close to the Del Prado Pkwy the villa offers fast access to all the
main roads of the Cape, and only a short way to the adjacent City of
Fort Myers, bringing you close to all the greatest Beaches of the Area,
which include Fort Myers Beach as well as Sanibel and Captiva Island.

The other great value this villa’s location brings, will let the hearts
of any boaters and fans of the water or watersports beat faster: Only
about three minutes by boat from the canal of Villa Malu, the
Caloosahatchee River is reached.

This Vacation home is directed westwards, offering the perfect
direction for sunbathing but also experiencing the greatest sunsets
Florida has to offer, across the wide canal crossing.

In the kitchen, you will find beautiful Italian cabinets with a big
island for entertaining. This kitchen has the most modern features,
including a touchpad in the refrigerator door for ordering groceries
right to your front door, or turning on the music. Even the Kitchen Aid
and the Coffee maker can be controlled with this touchpad!

The heart of the home, the living room offers an astonishing view
across the private pool and the gorgeous canal. A cozy feeling can be
created by turning on the fireplace and enjoying your preferred tunes
through the SONOS sound system. The living room flair is completed by a
huge 82-inch Full HD Flat Screen TV that offers the perfect opportunity
for movie nights or binge watching your favorite series after a long
day under the Floridian sun.

Three and a half bedrooms offer more than enough space for your family
and friends. Both the Master as well as the Junior Master suite offer a
king size bed and have direct access to the lanai. They also both have
their own private en-suite bathroom and walk in closets.

The third bedroom has two twin sized beds, and an office offers a couch
that can be converted into a comfy twin sized sleeping couch.

All bedrooms offer 50-inch full HD smart TVs (only streaming / no
comcast )

The amazing features this Vacation home has to offer continue outside,
with the beautiful lanai with a picture screen for an incredible view
whilst relaxing on the outside seating area or the private extra-long
pool with sun ledge and adjacent oversized spa.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a Napoleon BBQ, with infrared
burner and outdoor fridge. Whilst enjoying your time outside, you can
also listen to your favorite tunes through the SONOS speakers, or the
65-inch TV.

The sunrays of Southwest Florida can also be enjoyed from the private
boat dock with its own tiki hut and sun chairs. This will round up your
Cape Coral experience of renting a Vacation Home on one of the Cities
many famous waterways.

A baby fence and Chair are also available at Malu for your small family
members
