Electric Usage: A utility fee is calculated based on the average electrical usage for the house and is automatically included in your total. PLEASE NOTE: Excessive electric usage may be considered mistreatment of the home and will be deducted from your security deposit.

Villa Lorraine is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property with an open electric-heated saltwater pool directly on the Caloosahatchee River. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (no cats allowed). Please inquire for possible pet exceptions. Please note that the boat dock pictured is outdated and the home now has a new sea wall. The boat dock is still being replaced. The pricing reflects this change.

Love the house and the view, the construction on both side was a bit annoying, it impacted my privacy at the pool, but it would probably be hard to find a place not near construction at this moment.

This is our second year renting this house, the view is breathtaking, the dock is still not replaced, but remains in all of the pix, the grill is so rusty it’s unusable, there was something that looked like coffee grounds in some of the lower cabinets, but I suspect it is something else? It seems it is taking a bit of a hit, because there are multiple missing pull outs and other maintenance issues, for the money, I think they need to do better.

Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Villa Lorraine. We are sorry that the boat dock has not been replaced. It does state this in the description, and we have been working with the owner about getting it replaced. We appreciate you letting us know about the grill so we can follow up with the property manager about getting it replaced. We would love to hear about the other maintenance issues you experienced during your stay, so we can make sure they are addressed for future guests. We hope that you were still able to enjoy your stay in Cape Coral!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The views were amazing.

The views from the house was amazing. The response from the property manager assigned to us was always prompt if something was needed. We enjoyed the spacious house and full kitchen. The bedrooms were big and beds were very comfortable.
