It is little more than 5 minutes to the Cape Coral Yacht Club by car, the child-friendly Cape Coral beach, and downtown Cape Coral with its many interesting restaurants and bars (many of them with live music), grocery stores, and shops. Two words: perfect location! Surround yourself in a tropical oasis with swaying palm trees and luxurious comfort in this exquisite home. The over 2,200 sq. ft. house is furnished with high-end contemporary Florida style furniture and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living room plus an electric-heated pool with an impressive river view.

Living Room: Spend your downtime in the spacious living room, which features a fireplace and fantastic panoramic views of the water and pool, and offers plenty of seating. Make yourself comfortable on the reclining sectional leather sofa and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company, no matter what space you are using. Of course, throughout the home, you will enjoy high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and much more.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The formal dining area sits next to the kitchen and has seating for six guests. There is a lovely bistro-style table and an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating allowing everyone to enjoy the view of the pool and water from the glass sliders. The chef's kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to create memorable dishes for your friends and loved ones. Another breakfast bar is off the kitchen with seating for four, perfect for brunch or a quick snack.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: You won't find a retreat more serene than the master bedroom, which is decorated in tranquil, soft colors and offers a King-size bed and flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom has a Jack-and-Jill sink and vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, off the kitchen and dining room area. The second bedroom features a cozy King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV and a spectacular river view. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids as it features two Twin-size beds. Both share the second bath, which has a shower/tub combination.

Pool/Dock: The oversized open lanai features an electric heated saltwater pool and poolside dining. Spend your days relaxing on the many sun loungers available and work on your Florida tan. Follow the winding path down to the river, where you can watch dolphins and fish play in the river from the comfort of your chair and a private boat dock with a boat lift available. (PLEASE NOTE: boat dock/lift was damaged in the hurricane and currently unavailable)
