The Villa Prestige is the true queen of water, located at a huge canal
crossing, you have water every direction you look.
Enjoy the view from upstairs balcony and start dreaming at the sight of
the boats heading for the sea
Inside the villa there is enough space even for two families, and with
the billiard you can also play a friendly competition to decide the
next day's vacation plans.
The whole villa is furnished in a modern style with parquet and tiled
floors.
As usual in Florida you will spend a lot of time in and around the
pool. You will have a large outdoor dining area and a lounge area with
comfortable lounge chairs.
The real highlight is definitely the piano, but it is not only a visual
element, if someone in your group has musical talent, a piano interlude
at sunset will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
The 5 bedrooms are almost a minor detail. The master bedroom upstairs
has its own en suite bathroom, and on the ground floor there is also a
bedroom with 2 twin beds, perfect for the children who no longer want
to sleep in the same bed.

Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1500.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.
