We had a terrific stay. This property had everything we needed (only suggestion would be a few games to play to pass the time during cold/rainy weather). Very quiet and perfect location with easy access to the beach, park, putt putt, and all the fun of downtown Fernandina Beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and appreciated the availability of beach chairs.

A key benefit was the elevator, since I have mobility problems. The premises comfortably housed 6 people. Very convenient location to the Amelia Island car show. Convenient to good restaurants. A very pleasant stay. All bedding and towels provided. Easy check in and check out electronically.

Convenient and Quiet

We had a great time. The location was only 2 houses away from beach access 2, so the walk was super easy. The townhome was well appointed with all the amenities we needed and very clean. The community was very quiet as well which was nice. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great townhouse across the street from the beach

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 5 people. Beach access #2 was just across the street. 2 restaurants are within walking distance too.

Know before you book…

We were charged a fee by the property management company AND an additional fee by VRBO, based on a percentage of the price . There are other similar companies that do not charge a fee. Be careful of the small print! It added several hundred dollars to the total!

Nice open space

Property is very open and comfortable. All amenities provided and nice to have the garage around back for getting in/out of condo. Utilized the spacious deck off the front alot too, and location provides an easy walk to the beach access #2. Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Appreciated the property management company constant communication on updates regarding the short term rental shutdown that was lifted in time for our stay. Another great trip to Fernandina Beach!

Enjoyable stay.

The condo was beautifully furnished and clean. It was also conveniently located across the street from the beach. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
