The space Located in the coveted Champions Gate community, it is located just 24 miles from the Airport and a 15-20 mins drive to Disney and other major theme parks! A place you can call home during your visit, whether it is a vacation with family or visiting for conventions or conferences! Beautiful open floor plan: designer furnished living, dining and a gourmet kitchen over looking the pool. Kitchen: Fully equipped with upgraded cabinets and breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. Beautiful lighting, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops Spacious and luxuriously furnished great room with a large flat screen TV, sectional large sofa plus 02 chairs and a dining area (seating for 8), perfect for you and your guests to enjoy a good meal. Upstairs lounge area with a large flat screen TV and a sectional plus a computer desk.

Game room: Garage converted into game room with pool table and air-hockey. Pool Area with Pool & Spa and Outdoor seating: pool is heated (additional fee) and available for you and your family year around to take a dip and relax with 3 sun loungers. Also a covered lanai with 02 ceiling fans, a table with 6 chairs plus a high bar style table with 4 bar style high chairs.

Bedroom 1 - First floor King Bed, TV, Fan, en-suite with walk-in shower, 2 vanities. This bathroom has also a second door that can be accessed from the Foyer for guests usage;

And, you don’t have to worry about carrying clothes for laundry.. there is a full size washer and dryer in the second floor. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the home including the pool. They can also enjoy the Champions Gate Community amenities. Other things to note Pool Heating (charges per day "$35" for the entire duration of stay. Note, Pool and HotTub share the heat pump for heating ) Please note that we regularly update/upgrade/change the beddings (trust us it is a good thing!!!) While we try our best to update the pictures of the bedrooms, there may be cases where you will find a different bedding set during your stay.
