The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress for added comfort.

Nestled within this condominium community, Paradise Palms offers an ideal vacation sanctuary in an unbeatable location near Vaca Cut — your gateway to effortless boating access to both Ocean and Gulf waters.

Parking under the condo is 40 ft long and just under 8 ft tall. All vehicles and trailers must fit within the assigned parking space — there is no guest or overnight parking in the complex. No RVs or motorhomes permitted.

Dockage is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: There are no outlets available for electric vehicle charging. Charging vehicles on site is not permitted.

If you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis, or other watercraft, please note we can only guarantee space for one vessel at the dock. This property allows one boat and one trailer only. Please confirm dock size, trailer parking space, and vessel approval prior to arrival.
