Sunset Beach Resort is a family business.

Jason the manager is an expat who came on vacation and never left.
His wife is a teacher and his daughter grew on the property, there's a good chance you'll see them walking the dogs on the beach in the mornings!

Chapin our caretaker has been part of the resort for over 20 years, literally since it was being built. His care an expertise keep the buildings running smooth and the property as one of the most beautiful places on the island.

Janet the housekeeper is originally from Guatamala and has been working for SBR for over 16 years keeping the condos spotless and comfortable for our guests.

James our concierge (Janet's Husband) is from Punta Gorda has been with SBR since 2024 and takes care of all our guests needs. Tours, massages, fishing, snorkeling, restaurant reservations, and more!

Together we have about a hundred years experience in making your vacation one to remember!
