Relax and unwind in this renovated home - the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet without sacrificing urban amenities. The interior has been completely updated from top to bottom. Enjoy the open floor plan of the main living area, which includes a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Alternatively, you can luxuriate in one of the spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a skylight, bringing the outdoors in. The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom with lots of natural light coming through the skylight.



The garage has been transformed into a multi-functional space with lots of storage, and laundry facilities, complete with a washer and dryer.



Outside, you'll find a covered patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture, a large swimming pool with a diving board, a basketball hoop, and breathtaking views of the San Fernando Valley.
