We were in the Live Oak area for a wedding shower for our daughter and this house was perfect for accommodating a few families. The location was great and the setup of the house was perfect. It was very clean and you could tell it was newly renovated. The host was very responsive. I do think it was a bit pricey for the location, but overall worked out great.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Live Oak has always been home for us, and we truly love it here. Helvenston is one of those rare neighborhoods that still holds onto that peaceful, small-town charm. It’s quiet, friendly, and filled with character. Whether you're taking a stroll or just relaxing on the porch, there's a comforting stillness that makes it easy to slow down and feel at home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is over a 100 years old, and it's always held a special place in our hearts. It's more than just a house—it’s a part of our family’s story. We’ve taken great care to preserve its original charm while updating it with thoughtful, modern touches. From the hardwood floors to the cozy light-filled rooms, every corner has been lovingly remodeled to feel both timeless and welcoming.

What makes it truly stand out is the soul of the space—you can feel the history, but everything is fresh, clean, and curated with care. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience of a home that has been cherished and now shared.
